Tropical Storm in May, Really??!!!
Yup, here we go again. Tropical storm Beryl is heading directly for northern Florida, more specifically Jacksonville. Looking at 40 to 50 mph winds and a ton of rain all week. Oh well, so much for a weekend on the water.

We are still waiting for my sister, my co-executor, to give ermission disperse the estate funds. her glacial progress teaches one patience. When we get some folding money we will put an offer on it. If it is gone, then there will be another opportunity around the corner.
